Pricing guide

A quote should explain itself.

ComeMow pricing starts with simple placeholder formulas that are easy to tune later. The goal is transparency: customers see what changed the price and mowers see the payout before accepting.

ComeMow standard service is mowing grass only. Weed whacking, edging, trimming, leaf cleanup, hauling, landscaping, and other yard work are not included unless ComeMow adds those services later.

Base mowing rate

The customer-approved mowing area is included in the base rate first, so normal yard size is not double-counted.

Square footage

Very large or very small selected areas can adjust pricing after the mowable polygon is confirmed.

Travel adjustment

Active nearby mowers are considered. If the closest active mower is more than 30 miles away, extra miles are shown at $0.50 per mile.

Project complexity

AI may suggest an add-on only when it sees specific issues such as steep slopes, many tight sections, obstacles, unusual access, or edging-heavy layouts.

Platform service fee

ComeMow shows the 15% platform fee so the customer can see what the marketplace keeps.

Estimated mowing time

Quotes include an estimated time range based on square footage, layout complexity, and expected mowing speed.

Complexity summaries

If complexity adds cost, the quote should say exactly why.

A plain yard should not receive a vague complexity charge. When an add-on appears, customers should see a specific explanation such as narrow gated access or multiple disconnected mowing zones.
