Insurance Upload Requirement
Draft insurance requirements and renewal rules for mower approval.

Minimum coverage
Draft requirement: each mower must maintain active general liability insurance with at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, or another limit ComeMow adopts before launch.
The policy should cover lawn mowing or landscaping-type work, property damage, bodily injury, and operations in the service area.
Document review
Mowers must upload a certificate or proof of insurance showing the insured name, carrier, policy number if available, coverage limits, effective date, expiration date, and covered work type.
ComeMow may reject unreadable, expired, mismatched, incomplete, or insufficient documents.
Renewal and expiration
Mowers should upload renewed insurance before the current document expires. ComeMow may pause job offers when insurance is expired, missing, rejected, or under review.
Admins should review insurance at onboarding, renewal, and after any incident or coverage concern.
