Independent contractor status
Mowers are expected to operate as independent contractors responsible for tools, transportation, supplies, taxes, insurance, and safe service delivery.
A mower chooses when to be available and may accept or decline offers. ComeMow may still set customer-facing service standards, safety rules, proof-of-completion requirements, and dispute documentation rules.
Job acceptance
A mower should accept only jobs they can safely complete within the displayed window and for the displayed payout.
If the property appears unsafe, materially different, overgrown, inaccessible, or outside the requested area, the mower should pause and contact ComeMow before continuing.
Insurance and payouts
Mowers must keep required insurance active and submit renewed proof before expiration. Expired or rejected insurance may pause job offers.
Payouts are queued after customer approval, successful payment capture, or dispute resolution.
