Unsafe conditions
Unsafe conditions include hidden holes, sharp debris, aggressive animals, exposed wires, broken glass, unstable slopes, blocked gates, standing water, hazardous materials, or anything that could reasonably endanger a mower or property.
Mower response
A mower should stop, take photos if safe, contact ComeMow, and wait for guidance if a property appears unsafe or materially different from the request.
ComeMow may cancel, reschedule, ask for more information, refund or release an authorization, or resolve the matter through a dispute process.
