Authority and accuracy
Customers must have legal authority to request mowing at the selected property and must confirm the selected mowing area before payment authorization.
Customers are responsible for accurate address details, access notes, yard condition disclosures, and identifying non-mowable or unsafe areas.
Access and conditions
Customers must disclose locked gates, pets, steep slopes, holes, debris, hidden objects, exposed wires, glass, unstable ground, or other hazards.
If submitted conditions are inaccurate, ComeMow may cancel, request review, adjust pricing, or resolve the job through the dispute process.
