Overgrown Yard Policy
Draft policy for grass that is 10 inches or longer or otherwise outside standard mowing.
Draft policy for pre-launch planning only. Have a qualified attorney review and replace this before public launch.
Definition
Overgrown means grass 10 inches or longer. Standard mowing assumes grass is below that limit and reasonably mowable with ordinary residential equipment.
Review and pricing
Overgrown yards may be rejected, sent for manual review, rescheduled, or priced differently before a mower is dispatched.
If the customer says the grass is not overgrown but the mower documents overgrown conditions, ComeMow may pause the job and use the dispute or adjustment process.
