No-Show Policy
Draft rules for mower no-shows, inaccessible properties, and customer-caused no-shows.
Draft policy for pre-launch planning only. Have a qualified attorney review and replace this before public launch.
Mower no-show
If a mower accepts a job but does not arrive or communicate within the required window, ComeMow may reassign the job, cancel it, or release the customer authorization.
Repeated mower no-shows may result in suspension or removal from the approved mower list.
Customer or property no-show
If the mower arrives and the property is inaccessible due to locked gates, pets, blocked access, incorrect address, or missing required information, the mower should document the issue and contact ComeMow.
ComeMow may reschedule, cancel, release the authorization, or apply a disclosed fee after admin review. The final public fee rule must be attorney-reviewed before launch.
