Authorization before dispatch
Customers authorize the quoted amount before ComeMow dispatches the request to nearby approved mowers. Authorization confirms the payment method can support the job but is not intended to be captured until the work is completed and approved or resolved through policy.
Capture after completion
ComeMow may capture the authorized amount after the mower marks the job completed, completion photos are available, and the customer approves the job or the applicable dispute/review window is resolved.
If no approved mower is available, the job is canceled before service, or ComeMow rejects the request before work begins, ComeMow should cancel or release the authorization instead of capturing it.
Adjustments
If the yard is materially different from the submitted details, ComeMow should notify the customer before charging a higher amount or should cancel/review the job under the applicable policy.
Payment-provider authorization windows are limited. ComeMow must monitor authorization age and re-authorize if needed before capture.
