Privacy Policy
How ComeMow handles account data, addresses, photos, location, documents, notifications, and payment records.
Effective August 31, 2026.
Information collected
ComeMow may collect name, email, phone, login details, service addresses, yard notes, uploaded yard photos, completion photos, mower service-area data, live job location updates, insurance documents, payment metadata, support messages, and job history.
ComeMow should not store raw card or bank account numbers. Payment forms and sensitive payment details should be handled by the payment provider.
How information is used
Information is used to create accounts, prepare quotes, show satellite yard selection, dispatch mowers, send job updates, maintain history, review insurance, process payments, resolve disputes, improve safety, and prevent abuse.
Mobile information and messaging consent
ComeMow does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
ComeMow may provide mobile information to service providers only as needed to deliver requested account and job communications, operate the service, prevent abuse, or comply with law. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other data sharing.
ComeMow sends transactional account and mowing-service messages only after a customer or mower provides consent. Message frequency varies with account activity and active mowing jobs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Data retention
Account and address records remain while the account is active and for a reasonable business or legal period after closure.
Yard photos, completion photos, support notes, and dispute records may be kept for up to three years unless a longer legal, insurance, tax, or safety need applies.
Live mower location sharing stops after job completion. Precise location update records are minimized and may be deleted or generalized after 90 days unless needed for a dispute, safety issue, or legal requirement.
Insurance documents may be kept while the mower is active and for up to seven years after the final job or as required by insurance, tax, legal, or platform obligations.
Payment records, payout records, refunds, tax records, and chargeback records may be retained for at least seven years or as required by law and payment provider rules.
Deletion requests
Users may request deletion or correction of account information. ComeMow may retain records needed for payments, taxes, safety, fraud prevention, disputes, insurance, or legal compliance.
